How do I create a merchant account?
Visit our merchant dashboard and click 'Sign Up'. You'll need your business details and a valid email address. Approval typically takes 24 hours.
How do I become a rider?
Download the Kova Rider app, complete the registration form, and upload required documents (ID, driver's license, vehicle registration). We'll review and approve within 48 hours.
What are the pricing plans?
We offer a free tier for up to 100 deliveries per month. After that, pricing is based on distance and package size. Check our pricing calculator on the homepage for estimates.
Deliveries
How do I track my delivery?
Every delivery has a unique tracking link sent via SMS and email. You can also track deliveries in real-time through the merchant dashboard or customer portal.
What if a delivery is delayed?
Our system automatically notifies all parties of delays. Contact support at support@kova.delivery if you need immediate assistance.
Can I cancel a delivery?
Yes, deliveries can be cancelled before a rider picks up the package. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing.
