By accessing or using Kova Delivery's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Kova Delivery provides a platform connecting merchants with riders for delivery services. We facilitate the delivery process but do not directly provide delivery services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Merchant Obligations

Merchants must provide accurate pickup and delivery information, ensure packages are properly prepared, comply with applicable laws regarding shipped items, and pay all fees as agreed.

5. Rider Obligations

Riders must maintain valid licenses and insurance, handle deliveries with care, follow delivery instructions, maintain professional conduct, and comply with all traffic and safety laws.

6. Fees and Payment

Pricing is based on distance, package size, and demand. Merchants are charged per delivery. Riders receive payment for completed deliveries. All fees are subject to change with notice.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Deliveries may be cancelled before pickup. Cancellation fees may apply. Refunds are provided for failed deliveries due to platform errors, subject to our refund policy.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Kova Delivery is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries beyond our control. Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the delivery fee paid.

9. Prohibited Items

Users may not ship illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, drugs, or any items prohibited by law. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
